Today was a relatively fun day. Posted to chinatown today. What made it interesting was that I served 2 customers who were different from normal customers. The first was a Singaporean who wanted to buy a prepaid card for her maid to call back home but she doesnt know what to buy. Thanks to all my research, i was able to thoroughly explain things to her. =D And she left happy, with knowledge on what she might get for her maid.

The 2nd customer, or rather a pair of customers. At first, i thought they were from the US cos they had USD with them. But their accents didnt fit that of a US profile. Luckily the english they spoke was okay, can understand, so can communicate. It was when they registered for the new SIM card then i realise they were russian. Haha.. My first contact with russians. The shop tenders were PRCs so they had trouble communicating with the russians and i sorta acted like a medium to tend to their interest. i guess mystery shopping does teach some good things abt service. The 2 russians seem to be happy with how i am assisting them. =DDD i feel so proud of myself..

then it was time to go home.. took NE line, circle line then EW line with sy. hahaha, just to try try. took longer then expected. Back at pasir ris, i was walking twds the escalator and staring at these group of ppl wearing the same shirt. "Press the buttons in the right order" Then there were 3 buttons at the back of the shirt. Vol up, vol down, turn off. Okay so being amused by it alr, i just carry on walking past them. Then , i hear someone exclaim my name out loud:" EUGENE!" i turned arnd stunned, to see lydia there. hahahaha.. so much of a coincidence. poor lydia, injure her leg. Get well soon uh.

Next calvin sms me cos his com got prob then lost his email password.. haha so went thru a couple of sms until he finally got to reset his pass thru safe mode. XD what a day.
