Have you encountered a situation when a service personnel has particularly displeased you? Or perhaps you've come across a service staff who've impressed you with their selfless graciousness to help you, a customer? Be it a good or negative experience on Singapore Customer Service .. Share Your Story at the Are You Being Served blog!
This new blog is founded by a group called the Service Squad who goes around Singapore's many shopping outlets or tourist attractions to set up various customer scenarios and collect information on service attitude. The Service Squad later blogs about their day's work as "missions" and describe every detail of it. From recent missions, the Service Squad has encountered staff who were willing to hold their ice cream for a whole 10 minutes while they visit the toilet, staff who were willing to recommend sites of interests for time-strained tourists, and even staff who were willing to give up a ride to help some tourists who seem to be in need of coins for a vending machine. Without a doubt, there are people in Singapore who will get their job done with a good service attitude.
The Service Squad undertakes all kinds of customer scenarios including dining at fastfood outlets, buying a video game for their 10 year old nephew and even visiting a tourist attraction. Find out more about the Service Squad here, share your experience or perhaps suggest a mission which the Service Squad can undertake now!
